You weren’t meant to follow someone else’s map. Let’s find yours.

Have you noticed that the advice that changes one person's life barely moves someone else?

Maybe you don’t need another strategy. Maybe you need a more accurate picture.

Using Human Design and the Gene Keys, we’ll translate what you’ve been living, sensing, and carrying—so you can see what’s been dimming your clarity, what’s ready to shift, and what becomes possible when you trust your own direction.

Meet Ashley

Something opens up when you finally have language for what you’ve been living.

For someone who understood people well I spent a surprising amount of time misunderstanding myself.

What changed everything wasn’t more insight. It was finally having a way to work with how I was actually built.

The way I use Human Design and the Gene Keys is grounded in years of listening beneath what people say they’re struggling with—and noticing the pattern underneath it.

I’m interested in the moment someone says, “I don’t know why I keep doing this,” because there is usually more intelligence there than they realize. We look at how you move, decide, relate, and respond under pressure. Your chart gives us language. Your lived experience tells us what is true.

The lens I bring

My lens has been shaped by a degree in political science, eight years of military service, certifications in holistic wellness coaching and Human Design, ongoing contemplation with the Gene Keys, and years spent in legal, academic, public-sector, leadership, and entrepreneurial environments. I built two businesses of my own. One I successfully sold. The other became this work.

Across all of it, including motherhood, identity shifts, and relationship repair, I learned how to make decisions under pressure, hold responsibility, read a room, adapt, begin again, and eventually stop overriding what I knew.

I know what change and uncertainty can ask of a person. I also know insight only matters if it changes how you live inside the life you actually have.

Most people who find their way here are not lacking self-awareness. They are tired from trying to live from a version of themselves they had to become to stay safe, chosen, useful, or understood.

The way you learned to move through the world is usually not random. There is a reason you over-explain, over-adapt, hesitate, soften, or lose track of yourself around other people. When you can finally see what has been underneath those responses, something starts to loosen. You stop treating them like personal flaws and begin to understand why they made so much sense.

Together, we follow the thread. We name what is actually happening and bring it back to something you can use when pressure shows up.

You start to catch the moment before you explain, soften, fix, agree, or become easier to be around. You can say what you mean and leave without replaying it afterward.

That does not only change something within you. It changes what becomes possible around you.

When you are no longer editing yourself to manage the room, the people in your life get to meet the real you — which is often the most honest, loving, and clarifying thing you can offer.
